THE FLOWER SESSION

“Time to sprout!” says Promise.

An hour & 15 minute virtual session of Self-Care with Promise for human friends of all ages - from seedling to blossoming to sprouted - who might seek to: 

* Blossom as their Authentic Selves

* Create a garden of serenity within themselves to relieve stress

* Nourish themselves with the feeling of sunshine and a healthy watering to nurture their innate wholeness

* Plant the seeds for their artistry to sprout, affirming their creative expression as an embodiment of purpose and pleasure

Friends seeking to be nourished and blossom can find companions in their Therapy Dog, Promise, and her human friend Zoe who became attuned in Reiki — the gentle art of stress relief and restoring wellbeing — to nurture Promise after recovering from chronic illness during early puppyhood.

Zoe imagines that being cared for by Promise is what a flower must feel like when they find the sun, as Promise's healing wisdom as a Therapy Dog helped Zoe sprout once again after healing from chronic illness herself, too; in THE FLOWER SESSION she guides with Zoe, Promise now nourishes human friends Earthwide with K9 Therapy, Earth-Inspired Somatics & Distant Reiki.

K9 Therapy

Friends begin the session in soulful connection with Promise’s healing wisdom as a Therapy Dog from her higher self through somatically soothing K9 Therapy before relaxing and relieving stress. 

Promise's friends can seek guidance and receive affirmations from Promise, whose perspective is ticklish yet tender, her adolescent puppy heart embodying the inner child. 

Promise loves to share Words of Affirmation with friends as much as she loves snacking, a grounding ritual for Promise since healing from chronic tummy aches of early puppyhood; she thinks of affirmations as nuggets of nourishment as we grow into our most loving selves.

Guided by Zoe while in soulful connection with Promise, friends then embark on an imaginative sensory meditation led by Promise’s sensitive and intuitive snout before gently embodying shapes of Earth to find home within their bodies, a somatic connection to help friends remember their bodies' healing wisdom and innate wholeness.

Distant Reiki

Friends then relax while receiving Reiki from Zoe, a gentle energetic modality for stress relief and restoring wellbeing; Reiki energy is accessible to all bodies and can be received distantly by friends Earthwide!

Promise likens the experience to resting in the sunshine or the feeling of a hug from a trusted friend.

The Flower Session

1 hour & 15 minute virtual session for human friends of all ages, from seedling to blossoming to sprouted

How sessions are facilitated virtually & accessibly…

By Promise’s human friend and caregiver, Zoe, via:

Zoom audio meeting with screen sharing featuring visual elements of Promise for K9 Therapy and Somatics.

Zoom video meeting is available to friends with access needs related to hearing impairment or deafness.

Connection with Promise for K9 Therapy and Somatics can be facilitated aurally for friends with access needs related to visual impairment or blindness.

Reiki is accessible to all bodies and can be received lying down or seated.

Any access needs can be shared prior to the session. Friends are welcome to email support@yourfriendpromise.com prior to purchasing to discuss how their respective session can honor their access needs.

Friends in any time zone can schedule in alignment with 7am-6pm Pacific, Sunday through Friday; sessions outside these times can be scheduled as needed.

Promise emails friends within a day of their purchase to schedule.
